Cashews 1 cup

Almonds 1 cup

Goji Berries 1/4 cup

Mulberries 1/4 cup

Coconut flakes 1/2 cup

Cacao Nibs 1/3 cup

Flax seeds 1/4 cup

Sunflower seeds 1/4 cup


Mix all ingredients together and stir until well blended
