Maca is an Ancient Incan Root Vegetable from Peru used for energy and as a mood Stabilizer.
Cacao Nibs contain 40 X more antioxidants than Blueberries and are the highest plant based source of Iron(7.3 mg per 100gm).
Raw Cacao contains more calcium than milk and is very high in magnesium.
Goji Berries: High in Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Fiber, Zinc and Antioxidants. Boost Energy
The rest of the ingredients I use for this smoothie are all packed with Vitamins, Minerals, Nutrients and Protein.
Chia Seeds: High in fiber, Good Protein source, Omega 3 ALA, Vitamins and Minerals
2 Tbls Maca
2 Tbls Cacoa Nibs or Powder
2 Tbls chia,
1.5 Tbls goji berries
1/2 date,(1 whole one if you prefer it sweet)
1 Vanilla bean
1 Cup Water
1 Cup non sweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
Combine Ingredients and mix on High in your blender until smooth(Preferably a Vitamix).
